On behalf of the Traveling Troubadours, it is my pleasure to inform you that your audition was a huge success.  I’m thrilled to extend you an invitation to join our ensemble.

You left quite the impression.  While your technical skills could use some work, your showmanship and passion are unparalleled.  It’s clear that you’d be a fantastic addition to our troupe.

As a member of the Traveling Troubadours, you would get to see every corner of our great continent.  Our touring path takes us to some of the most illustrious venues of the civilized world, and many of history’s most storied minstrels originate from within our ranks.

We eagerly await your response.  Enclosed you will find the required paperwork for your induction, including assignments and rehearsal schedules.  Kindly return this letter to the address listed at your earliest convenience.

We will seek you out in the city of Tabria in one month’s time.
